I love when you get that one perfect day amongst the cold depressing weeks of winter.  The snow had just melted and the sun was beaming through the downtown streets of Windsor.  We decided to simply just explore to see what we could discover and come up with.  Here is a little taste of what we shot….. spring is in the air!

What happens in Vegas…. doesn’t always stay in Vegas if you have photographers following you around all day! There’s actually a funny story behind how we ended up shooting Missy and TJ’s wedding.  It so happened that I was at an event, having drinks with some friends.  I was talking to an old friend of mine and they introduced me to their good friend Missy.  She said she was going to Vegas at the end of the year.  We all talked for a while  and went our own separate ways.  A couple days later I get a call… it’s Missy  ”do you remember me from the other night?”  ”you said you where interested in shooting our wedding in Vegas”  I had totally forgot all about it and to be honest didn’t quite remember the whole conversation!   We talked more about their wedding plans and how they met. I told her Jess and I would love to be a part of their day.   Fast forward to October and we find ourselves in the city of lights!  Missy and TJ had their wedding at the beautiful Legacy Golf Club not far from the city.  We had a great time with their family and friends and we are so glad we could be a part of there wedding day.   Click on the link below to view their slideshow.

For those of you who are familiar  with Essex County know we don’t get  much snow.  Kim had told me that she really wanted her engagement photos in some fresh snow.  We had missed our first opportunity of snow pics a couple weeks prior so when the snow fell this time we were ready!  We found a great spot that was untouched and ready to be explored.  Here are a few photos from our shoot.  

Although we were expecting freezing weather for their November wedding, Brad and Danielle ended up with one of the most beautiful days of the year.  I’m really glad we got to meet these two and got to be a part of their wedding day.

We were recently in Guelph to shoot Aaron and Jasmine’s wedding.  These two are a great couple and have amazing friends and family.  It was our first time shooting in Guelph and we found some pretty cool locations, even with most of the leaves gone!   When we were shooting Aaron getting ready someone asked him if he was nervous, like most guys I thought he would have said ‘yes’ but instead he said he was only excited and couldn’t wait for  Jasmine to finally be his wife!

I was recently in Toronto and put together  a shoot that was inspired by some pictures taken of the one and only Audrey Hepburn. This was something that we talked about doing for a while and I’m glad we finally had a chance to work together.   We had great time doing this shoot and getting to explore new areas of Toronto.  A big thanks to Nicole Torres for a great job modeling  and Paige Bondy  (paige_bondy@hotmail.com) for doing the makeup.
